During my internship at Wild&Slow, we collaborated with several towns in the Chablis Tonnerois region, including Chablis, Tonnerre, and Pontigny, which sought to unite under a common identity to boost local tourism. Although Chablis is world-renowned for its wine, the region, located in the so-called “diagonal of emptiness,” struggles with low tourist visibility.
Following a brand discovery workshop, we proposed a unifying name: “Contrées de Chablis”, and developed a visual direction that reflects the heritage, landscapes, viticultural culture, and historical legacy of the region. The identity aims to embody the territory’s DNA while bringing a modern and contemporary touch, appealing to both tourists and new visitors.
